DAY 1 – Jun 9 – Tour Guide: Melise Harris
Arrive TN, 4p check in *allow up to an hour if many groups checking in. Try to arrive earlier in the day to get in cue. If you think you will miss call time for Stampede, wait to check in to hotel until AFTER show.
5p – CALL – Dolly Parton’s Stampede – No parking fees. Meet Melise for tics in front of building.
Attire: nice casual – Driving on the parkway is no joke. Sometimes you are 3min from your destination and sit unmoving for 45min. Please plan ahead, check alternate routes: Teaster, River Rd, walk.
Tickets will be distributed on site. *Additionally, tickets to Dollywood distributed and you should take a picture of them in case of losing.
Hopefully, we will be able to enjoy the pre-show entertainment of musicians in the lobby. Jaw dropping talent and really gets you in the mood for a great night. We will have a dedicated line to enter the theatre at once as a group. COME HUUUUUNGRY. Keep an eye on the facial expressions of all the performers and how they draw you in to all aspects of the show!
