DESCRIPTION:Dancers will arrive 15min early to rehearsal and put on shoes\, prep selves for session by doing the followng in the hallway or lobby area: \n\n32 crunches\, 8 push ups\, hold a plank for 30 sec\n8 slow plie in 1st\, then 2nd\n16 slow tendus to 2nd each side; 16 degages\n8 slow rond de jambes both legs\n32 controlled releve\n16 sautes in 1st\nstretch: butterfly\, 2nd\, pike\n\nAttire: Ballet dress code (black leo)\, any slick confined bun\, no jewelery except studs.
